K'taka Governor to address joint session of Legislature
Bangalore, Feb 23 (UNI) The six-day session of the Karnataka Legislature will commence tomorrow with Governor T N Chaturvedi's address to the joint session, highlighting the policies and programmes of the new JD (S)-BJP coalition government.
The Governor had addressed the joint session of the Legislature on January 19 and the process remained incomplete as the Dharam Singh-led government fell before the motion of thanks to his address could be taken up.
Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy had said that his government would be reaching out to the people by announcing its priorities and programmes on the floor of the House.
