Imphal, Feb 22 (UNI) Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP), which had attacked local scribe Ratan Luwang, issued a statement here today saying that it will not attack him again.

The KCP, assuring to present a white paper on the matter, also welcomed the decision to have an inquiry into it.

The inquiry should be conducted by an autonomous body, it said.

He was still recovering from the injuries.
