New Delhi, Feb 23 (UNI) India and the US made hectic day-long efforts today to remove irritants in the plan of separation of civilian and military nuclear programmes and asserted that they were doing their best to fix glitches.
The US admitted there were still differences with India on the issue but said both countries were doing their best to come to an understanding before President George Bush's visit here next month.
