IDBI Capital launches online investment portal

Kochi, Feb 22 (UNI) IDBI Capital Market Services Ltd today launched its online investment portal - http://www.idbipaisabuilder.in - with an eye on retail investors.

Built with the core objective of providing easy and informed investing experience to investors, the portal allows online investing in equities, mutual funds and IPOs through a paise power classic account and paise power streaming account, which are simple and easy to use, IDBI Capital Managing Director and CEO S Muhnot said.

Talking to mediapersons here, he said idbipaisabuilder.in helps investors take the right decision on transactions by giving them pertinent news, information and analysis through Reuters, Business Standard and Moneycontrol.com along with company specific fundamental analysis through comprehensive corporate data from CMIE and My Iris.

Kochi, Mr Muhnot said, was the largest city in Kerala and also one of the country's major seaports, with a large younger population, which was both technology familiar and possessed of a huge disposal income that could be converted into productive investments.

A leading provider of financial services, IDBI Capital Market Services was a cent per cent subsidiary of Industrial Development Bank of India, which was presently managing Rs 32,000 crore pension and PF funds, Mr Muhnot and Mr Ketan Trivedi, Associate Vice-President and Head-Marketing, who was also present, said.
