Follow Swami Dayanand Saraswati's path, urges Hooda
Chandigarh, Feb 23 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has urged the people to follow the high ideals of Swami Dayanand Saraswati in letter and spirit and make a significant contribution in creating a new social order.
In a message issued on the eve of the birth anniversary of the founder of the Arya Samaj, Mr Hooda said that Swami Dayanand had spread the teachings of Vedas and real meaning of truth of life. He had launched a crusade for the uplift of the society by urging the people to eradicate social evils.
Mr Hooda said Dayanand's teachings were still relevant. He said that the people, especially the youth, should get inspiration from the life and deeds of such social crusaders.
