Fire on missile boat kills three, 20 injured

Visakhapatnam, Feb 23 (UNI) Three navy men were killed and 20 injured, six of them seriously, on board missile boat ING Magar of the Eastern Naval Command (ENC), 60 km off the coast, last night.

According to ENC sources, the mishap occurred when some ammunition on the boat caught fire accidentally.

The injured were airlifted to the Naval Hospital INS Kalyani at the ENC Base here.

The missile boat had taken part in the President's Fleet Review held early this month.
