Farmers travelling for training purposes to get concession

New Delhi, Feb 24 (UNI) Fifty per cent concession in second class fare announced for farmers travelling to national-level institutes for training in agricultural and dairying areas last year, has been extended to sleeper class too in this year Railway Budget.

Besides, all those persons who lost any limb in accident and other causes and travelling to national level institutes for transplantation of artificial limbs like Jaipur Foot etc. along with one attendant, will now be entitled for fifty per cent concession in second and sleeper class fares.
