EU details China, Vietnam shoe duty levels

BRUSSELS, Feb 23 (Reuters) The European Commission said on Thursday it will introduce anti-dumping duties of up to 19.4 and 16.8 per cent for imports of leather shoes from China and Vietnam respectively.

The duties are due to be phased in over five months reaching their highest level on Sept. 15, the Commission said.
