Couple shot dead in UP

Mahoba, Feb 22 (UNI) A man and his wife were shot dead in the Kabrai area here today.

Police said here that Barati Lal Ahirvar and his wife Shivkali were shot dead by one Ram Swarup in the Parsaha village.

The illicit relations between Shivkali and Ramswarup were suspected to be the cause of the double murder.

A case has been registered and hunt launched to nab Ramswarup, police added.
