Christian Forum pledges support to DPA

Chennai, Feb 24 (UNI) The Christian Democratic Front (CDF) has pledged its support to the DMK-led Democratic Progress Alliance (DPA) in the forthcoming Assembly elections in Tamil Nadu.

In a statement here today, CDF Joint General Secretary C A Chezihan said the decision to support the DPA was taken at the Front's General council held here on February 16.

The General Council had thanked DMK President M Karunanidhi for the efforts being taken by him to secure reservation for the minorities and protect them, he added.
