Bail petition of former BPSC chairman rejected
Patna, Feb 24 (UNI) A local court today rejected the regular bail petition of former BPSC chairman Razia Tabassum in connection with a case related to irregularities in the Administrative Services Examination, conducted by Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) in 2003.
Special Vigilance Judge Ram Niwas Prasad rejected the bail petition of the accused after hearing arguments of both the petitioner and the prosecution.
According to the prosecution, Ms Tabassum had committed irregularities in the administrative services examination conducted by the BPSC in 2003.
