5 arrested for selling fake air tickets

Bangalore, Feb 22 (UNI) The Karnataka Corps of Detectives (Cyber Crime) today arrested a five-member inter-state gang involved in the sale of fake flight tickets in the city and recovered five duplicate tickets from them.

Police suspect that the gang might have links in Delhi and Mumbai. Passengers who opted to travel by Jet Airways and Air Deccan were their main targets, the police said.

The arrested were Nadeem Ahmad, Najirulla Khan, Shamshuddin, Safir Syed and Samiulla.
