“We Have Not Resolved Anything”: Justice Kagan REVEALS Scotus Has No Final Ethics Solution

Justice Elena Kagan has revealed that the U.S. Supreme Court has not yet finalized a solution for enforcing its ethics code. Speaking about possible oversight ideas, including the involvement of respected retired judges, Kagan said the proposal has “pros and cons” and admitted, “so far we have not resolved anything.”
