John Bolton JAILED Over Secret Defense Files? Ex-U.S Official Pleads GUILTY, Faces Prison & Pension

Former U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton has pleaded guilty in federal court to the unlawful retention of national defense information, according to U.S. Atto ey Kelly O. Hayes. Bolton now faces a maximum sentence of up to five years in federal prison. As part of the case, he will also pay a $2.25 million fine and forfeit his gove ment pension.
