Iran’s Drone POUND Saudi’s Aramco Oil Refinery | Shahed DRONES ATTACK, BURN Ras Tanura | VIDEO
One drone. One explosion. And one of the most important oil facilities in the world goes dark. Early Monday mo ing, a strike hit Saudi Arabia’s massive Ras Tanura refinery — forcing operations to halt and sending shockwaves through global energy markets. According to multiple inte ational reports, a drone — widely attributed to Iran — struck the Ras Tanura complex on Saudi Arabia’s easte Gulf coast. The facility is operated by Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest oil exporter. Ras Tanura isn’t just any refinery. It processes around 550,000 barrels of oil per day — and serves as a critical export terminal for Saudi crude. After the strike, operations were halted as a precaution. Reports say the attack involved a Shahed-type one-way drone. It ignited a small fire that was quickly contained. Workers were evacuated. No casualties have been confirmed. Saudi officials say the situation is “under control.” But the impact goes far beyond the flames.
