The Lionel Messi GOAT India Tour moves into its second day as the legendary Argentine forward travels to Mumbai, following a dramatic opening day that began in Kolkata and ended in Hyderabad.

Messi kicked off his India tour on December 13 with his arrival in Kolkata, where thousands of fans gathered at the Vivekananda Yuvabharati Salt Lake Stadium. However, celebrations soon gave way to chaos after crowd management issues and Messi's brief appearance triggered unrest, forcing the football icon to leave the venue earlier than scheduled.

Later that day, Messi travelled to Hyderabad, where he interacted with fans and played football alongside Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, bringing Day 1 of the tour to a more positive close.

With Day 2 underway, Messi is set to arrive in Mumbai on December 14. His schedule begins in the afternoon, with participation in the Padel Cup at the Cricket Club of India at 3:30 pm. This will be followed by a celebrity football match at 4:00 pm.

An event at the iconic Wankhede Stadium is also on the agenda, after which Messi will attend a charity programme, marking another key highlight of his India visit as fans in Mumbai eagerly await his arrival.
