Sania Mirza Erases Shoaib Malik's Name From Public Profiles: Did Wiki Clues Predict The Divorce?
Long before the official confirmation of their divorce, whispers of Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik's separation were swirling in the air. Fans with eagle eyes picked up on subtle clues, and the stars' social media edits became cryptic foretellings of what was to come.
According to reports, Sania Mirza had removed Shoaib Malik name as her 'spouse' from public profiles. Rumors of their separation circulated long before the couple officially confirmed their split, with the former Pakistan cricket captain later announcing his marriage to actress Sana Javed. Although initially shocking, the announcement didn't surprise many fans who had been following the couple's divorce saga.

Months before officially parting ways, the stars caused a media frenzy by erasing references to each other from their social media bios. What added to the speculation was the removal of any mention of the other from their public profiles. Unlike other celebrity breakups, Sania and Shoaib's Wiki profile descriptions don't list each other under the 'spouse' category.
Sania's bio highlights her parents, siblings, and professional sports achievements but lacks any mention of a 'spouse.' However, there are references to her marriage with the cricketer in a longer description on the page.
On the other hand, Shoaib Malik's profile doesn't feature Sania's name under 'spouse,' although it mentions his first wife Ayesha Siddiqui, whom he was married to from 2002 to 2010. The profile also mentions Sana Javed.
Reports suggest that one of Sania's family members confirmed she initiated the divorce process by exercising "khula," the right of a Muslim woman to divorce her husband.
Despite numerous rumors surrounding the split's cause, both Sania and Shoaib maintained a stoic silence and presented a united front for the sake of their son.
