In the third ODI, Rohit delivered a remarkable performance by scoring an unbeaten 121 off 125 balls. He guided India through a challenging chase of 237 runs alongside Virat Kohli's 74 not out. Their unbroken partnership of 168 runs was crucial in securing victory.

This innings marked Rohit's 50th international century — comprising 12 in Tests, 33 in ODIs, and five in T20Is. He became the only batter with five or more centuries across all formats.
