Read How David Warner Fans Trolled Mitchell Johnson
The form is temporary but the class is permanent! It is a very cliche quote among cricket fans as they never judge players for a few innings. Something similar happened on Thursday when Australian open David Warner scored a ton.
The left-hander, who powered his side on many occasions to score big totals, was being criticized for his recent failures, but with a blitzkrieg hundred, he muted the critics.

In the first test between Australia and Pakistan at Perth, Warner took only 126 balls to register another century against his name. While celebrating the feat, Warner imitated former teammate and pacer Mitchell Johnson, who had questioned Warner's selection for the test series.
In his column, Johnson had said that team management only picked Warner as he had announced to bid adieu to the game, and not because of his form.
But the moment Warner lifted his bat to mark the 26th hundred, social media users started trolling Johnson for his comments. Read what fans said on micro-blogging site X:

In the first test against Pakistan, Australia skipper Pat Cummins won the toss and elected to bat first on a good batting track at the Perth. David Warner, who is playing his last series, proved his captain's call right as he scored 164 runs studded with sixteen boundaries and four sixes. Opener Usman Khawaja, who came to the spotlight for wearing shoes with a Pro Palestine message during the net session, also scored 41 runs off 98 balls, including six boundaries.
Marnus Labuschagne (16), Steven Smith (31), and Travis Head (40) were the three others to depart before the end of the day's play. Australia scored 346/5 in 84 overs. Mitchell Marsh (15) and Alex Carey (14) will continue to bat on day 2 now.
