The stage is all set for another exciting and entertaining edition of the Indian Premier League. The Cash Rich League will be held from March 29 to May 26 this year. During the course, ten franchise teams namely Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Capitals, Gujarat Titans, Kolkata Knight Riders, Lucknow Super Giants, Mumbai Indians, Punjab Kings, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Rajasthan Royals will battle up to claim the glittering trophy. A total of 74 matches will be played at various venues across the country.

Talking about Faf du Plessis-led Royal Challengers Bangalore, the team looks strong enough on paper to beat any side. The team's core strength is their batting studded with big stars like Captain Faf himself, Virat Kohli, Glen Maxwell, and Rajat Patidar. The RCB also added Cameron Green to their squad during the IPL mini-auction 2024 held at Dubai's Coca-Cola Arean.

Not just the batting, RCB has a strong bowling lineup powered by the speed of Mohammed Siraj, Alzarri Joseph, Lockie Ferguson, and Tom Curran.

Despite being a strong side on papers every year, the RCB failed to bag the winners title.
