The T20 World Cup winning team received a warm and grand welcome from thousands of cricket lovers, who gathered at Mumbai's Marine Drive. Rohit Sharma and men arrived in India a day ago from Barbados post-T20 World Cup with the glittering trophy in hand. The overwhelming response from the people of Mumbai caught everyone's attention. Business tycoon Anand Mahindra and former BCCI president and Indian captain Sourav Ganguly took social media to express their thoughts and feelings after seeing a sea of supporters for the Indian cricket team.

Sharing a picture of Mumbai's marine drive packed with supporters, Anand Mahindra, in a post on X, said "It's no longer the Queen's Necklace. It's now Mumbai's JAADU KI JHAPPI."

Anand Mahindra's garnered thousands of likes and shares, including a reaction from the hero of the match, Surya Kumar Yadav. He said, "Kya baat keh di sir 🤗" (What a great comment sir).

Surya Kumar Yadav pouched an outstanding catch of South Africa's David Millar at the boundary rope in the T20 World Cup final that turned the game in India's favor.

Sourav Ganguly also expressed his happiness over the massive response. Through an Instagram post, Sourav Ganguly tried to tell the difference between the unfathomable love of Indian fans for the Men in Blue and the response that the rest of the World Cup-winning teams get.

"This is what makes Indian cricket apart from the rest. The players deserve every bit of this for what they have achieved .. so proud of each and every individual ..," wrote Ganguly in his Instagram post.

King of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan also shared the Team India's victory parade post on his timeline.
