Maharashtra: Ex-Cricketer Vinod Kambli's Health Deteriorates, Admitted To Hospital In Thane
As per the latest reports, former Indian cricketer Vinod Kambli's health suddenly deteriorated on Monday and he has been admitted to Pragati hospital in Thane, Maharashtra. 52-year-old Vinod Kambli has been battling with a pro-longed urine infection, resulting in a weak body and poor health.
Kambli, who made and surpassed several cricket records, was recently seen on a wheel chair at the inauguration of Sir Ramakant Achrekar memorial. At the function, he met his childhood friend and cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar and their catch up video also went viral online. The video highlighted Vinod Kambli's weak health and fans expressed worry for the former cricketer's well being.

Sources reported that doctors at Pragati hospital are closely monitoring Vinod Kambli 's condition, conducting all necessary medical tests to diagnose his condition.
A few days ago, Kambli shared update on his health during a podcast. He said, "I am better now. My wife takes care of me a lot. She took me to 3 different hospitals and told me 'You have to get fit'. Ajay Jadeja also came to visit me. It felt nice. I was suffering from a urine problem. It was just flowing. My son, Jesus Cristiano, picked me up and brought me back to my feet. My daughter, who is 10 years old, and my wife came to help me. This happened one month ago. My head started spinning; I collapsed and fell down. The doctor told me to get admitted."
However, today, he has been admitted to the hospital again and fans are praying for a faster recovery.
