Lahore Likely To Host India Vs Pak Champions Trophy 2025 Match, But...
The excitement surrounding India vs Pakistan T20 World Cup clash in New York is still isn't over yet, but it seems cricket fans want more of high-stakes battle between the two arch-rivals at the Champions Trophy 2025.
According to Cricbuzz, the much-anticipated match will be held in Lahore as the last of the league matches in the eight-team tournament. The Champions Trophy is scheduled to be held from February 19 to March 9, 2025.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has earmarked Lahore, Karachi, and Rawalpindi as venues for the 20-day competition. Lahore, in particular, is set to host seven matches, including all games involving India and the final on March 9. Karachi will host the opening match and one of the semifinals, while Rawalpindi will host the other semifinal.
However, for the Men in Blue to play in Pakistan, the final call heavily on the approval of Indian government. If that is not granted, the tournament may need to adopt a hybrid model, similar to the arrangement for the previous Asia Cup, with matches involving India potentially being relocated to the UAE.
As of now, preparations are proceeding under the assumption that the tournament will be held entirely in Pakistan, but the situation remains fluid, and changes could occur if political or security concerns arise.
Till then, the fans from both the cricket-crazy nations should wait for the final decision of BCCI and the Indian government with bated breath.
