IPL 2025: Virender Sehwag Highlights What's Wrong Going On With Mumbai Indians
Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag, who was once known for hammering world-class bowlers, is now a days doing commentary for Indian Premier League (IPL 2025). During the Rajasthan Royals vs Royal Challengers Bengaluru match, Virender Sehwag was doing commentary in Haryanvi along with Manvinder Bisla when he discussed Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings position at the points table.
Mocking both heavyweight teams, who won multiple trophies in past, Virender Sehwag said MI and CSK must be in immense pain and understanding how it feels to be at the bottom of the points table.

Bisla backed MI saying he has hopes in Mumbai's team that they will bounce back, to which, Sehwag did not agree. Criticising team's performance, Sehwag highlighted that a zeal of making collective effort, backing each other has been missing.
This was probably the main reason Mumbai team has lost 4 out of 5 matches. They have only 2 points in their kitty, and Net Run Rate is in negative (-0.010).
Virender Sehwag's comments came during the 11 over of Rajasthan's inning when score was 85 runs.
Is Everything OK in Mumbai Indians' Dressing Room?
Earlier, when Mumbai Indian bosses handed over captaincy to Hardik Pandya, sacking Rohit Sharma, rumours surfaced that MI team has been divided into two groups. Some players were not ready to accept Hardik as their captain and wanted senior Rohit Sharma to take charge. No one, including Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, or MI Staff, ever shared their view on dressing room rifts. But nothing was confirmed either.
In the last few matches, Rohit Sharma played like an impact player, which means he was not stepping in the field for a complete 20 overs. And came in for only a couple of overs, so that he can bat.
If Mumbai Indians want to make a comeback in the tournament and qualify for the IPL Playoffs 2025, then they need to perform together LIKE A TEAM.
