India vs England: Will Virat Kohli Play Next 3 Tests? Here's What Rahul Dravid Said

After facing a defeat at Hyderabad, Team Indian leveled the scores at Vizag as they outclassed England by 106 runs in the second game of the five-match series. The match was full of entertainment, thrills, and skills as both the teams put their best effort to help their sides. However, only one could have emerged as the winner. Everything was in place for cricket lovers, except for the absence of their favorite cricket, Virat Kohli.

Indian batter Virat Kohli aka king of records, opted to miss the series against England citing some personal reasons. The cricket governing body, BCCI, had informed fans through media that Virat Kohli would not play the first two tests. But now, when the first two games are done and dusted and India and England have notched one point each, fans are asking 'Will Virat Kohli Play Next 3 Test?'

When this question was asked to head coach Rahul Dravid during a presser, the former cricketer said selectors are the best people to ask this.

"I think it's best to ask the selectors. I am sure they are the best people to answer ahead of the team selection for the next three Tests. We will get to that. I am sure there will be a selection over the next few days. We will connect with him and find out," Rahul Dravid said.

The BCCI senior men's team selection panel led by former cricket Ajit Agarkar is likely to speak to Virat Kohli and may announce the team for the rest of the matches against England in a couple of days, said reports.

However, Former South African cricketer, ex-Royal Challengers Bangalore star, and Virat Kohli's close friend Ab de Villiers said that Anushka Sharma's pregnancy is the reason behind Virat Kohli's absence from the cricket field and he wants to spend some time with his family for now.

"All I know is he is fine. He is spending a bit of time with his family, that is the reason he is missing the first two Test matches. I am not going to confirm anything else. I cannot wait to see him back. He is fine, he is happy," AB de Villiers said on his YouTube channel.
