The Mumbai Indians captain in the IPL reached Dubai on Thursday evening and is set to start his training for the tournament on Friday. His new look, featuring a short haircut with sandy blonde highlights, has quickly become a hot topic on social media.

Leadership Changes in Indian Cricket

Once seen as a potential successor to Rohit Sharma as India's T20I captain, Hardik is no longer part of the leadership group. Suryakumar Yadav now leads the team with Shubman Gill as vice-captain for the Asia Cup. After leading India in several bilateral series post-2022 T20 World Cup semi-final loss to England, Rohit returned as captain for the Afghanistan series and was later confirmed as captain for the World Cup by BCCI secretary Jay Shah.
