Actress Payal Ghosh Drops Bombshell, Claims She Dated Irfan Pathan For 5 Years

Actress Payal Ghosh, known for stirring controversies, has once again made bold claims on social media. She has now claimed to have dated ex-India cricketer turned commentator Irfan Pathan for five years. She further claimed that during her time with Pathan, Gautam Gambhir, the former cricketer and current Member of Parliament from East Delhi, used to frequently call her, as revealed in her posts on X (formerly Twitter).

"Gautam Gambhir mujhe regularly miscall dete the, yeh Irfan ko bohot achhi ta rah pata tha, woh mera sab calls check karta tha .. woh yeh baat mere Samna Yusuf bhai, Hardik Aur Krunal Pandya ko bhi bataya tha jab main Irfan ko Pune mein Milne gayi thi.. Domestic match tha Baroda ka,'' she wrote.

Pathan, having checked her phone logs, was reportedly aware of Gambhir's calls.

Payal further wrote,"After we broke up ... I fell ill .. I couldn't work for years... but he was the only guy whom I loved... after that I never loved anybody."

However, it's crucial to note that these claims remain unverified, and neither Gambhir nor Pathan have responded to these allegations as of now.

Irfan Pathan, who boasts 120 ODIs and 29 Test matches, recently served as one of the commentators for the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2023. Post the tournament, he's returned to the cricket field, leading the Bhilwara Kings in the Legends League Cricket, a competition designed for retired cricketers. Pathan tied the knot with Safa Baig in February 2016, and the couple shares two sons, Imran and Suleiman.

In 2020, Payal had accused filmmaker Anurag Kashyap of sexual harassment, alleging that he had stripped himself to her and attempted to molest her in 2014. However, Kashyap vehemently denied all the allegations of sexual misconduct made against him by Payal.

Recently, she reiterated her accusations against Kashyap, stating, "But there's something else... #anuragkashyap raped me, but Anurag isn't even worth #AkshayKumar's shoes... but Akshay Kumar never misbehaved with me, he's such a big star... I will always respect him for that."
