Neeraj Chopra, PV Sindhu's Social Media Posts Fuel Speculation, But Athletes Focus On Paris 2024

Social media is buzzing with speculation about a possible connection between India's star Olympic medalists, Neeraj Chopra and PV Sindhu. The catalyst for these rumors came from a post shared by both athletes on their Instagram profiles, where they tagged each other.

In his post, Neeraj Chopra shared a photo of a badminton bat and shuttlecock, accompanied by a caption asking, "Will you play this with me?" He also tagged Sindhu in his post.

Similarly, Sindhu posted a photo of a javelin and inquired, "How did this come to me? Will you win?" Interestingly, she also tagged Neeraj in her post. Notably, both posts were made simultaneously, prompting some netizens to speculate about the possibility of a future marriage between the two. However, the post has now been deleted.

This unexpected collaboration caught fans of both sporting superstars off guard, sparking wild speculation. While neither Chopra nor Sindhu commented on the matter, suspicions arise that a collaboration may be in the works.

Several netizens had commented on these posts, expressing their union. Many comments of this nature have flooded the posts.

However, it must be noted that the social media post in question here actually revolves around both athletes gearing up for the Paris Olympics 2024, scheduled for later this year.

Recently, Visa Inc. has signed up Olympic gold medalist and World no.1 in men's javelin throw, Neeraj Chopra as a Team Visa athlete, ahead of the Olympic Games Paris 2024.

A user wrote,''Such disappointment for the people who commented on the posts.''

Neeraj Chopra, who clinched a gold medal in the javelin throw at the Tokyo Olympics, achieved another milestone by securing gold at the World Athletics Championships last year. Additionally, he also claimed silver in the Diamond League. At the age of 26, Neeraj became the first Indian athlete to win a gold medal in a track event at the Olympics. With their sights set on repeating their success at the upcoming Olympics in Paris, they stand poised to become consistent gold medalists at the Games. Given their stellar current performance, a gold medal victory seems almost assured.
