    1. Girl students must belong to extremely backward classes and be original residents of Rajasthan.

    5. The annual income of the student's parent, guardian, or husband must be less than ₹2.50 lakh.
    6. Students receiving benefits under this scheme cannot avail benefits from the Devnarayan Higher Education Financial Assistance Scheme or any other financial assistance scheme.
