Awards are presented in four categories:

Land Adventure
Water (Sea) Adventure
Air Adventure
Life Time Achievement (for activities on Land, Sea, and Air)

Typically, only one award is given in each category per year. However, the Ministry may increase the number of awards if there are specific, justifiable reasons and with the approval of the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports.

Who can apply:

Individuals with excellent performance, outstanding leadership qualities, a strong sense of adventure, discipline, and consistent achievement in a specific adventure field (Land, Air, or Water/Sea).
The award can also be given posthumously if the situation arises.

You can apply again, but you won't be awarded a second time in the same category. For instance, if you've won for Land Adventure, you can't win for Land Adventure again. However, if you have achievements in Water Adventure, you are welcome to apply for that category.
