- While the main focus is on the Nodal Institution's resources, scholars can also use facilities and resources from other institutions if needed. The Nodal Institution will facilitate such access.
- In cases where two institutions are equally important for the research, a 'Co-institution' can be designated, with a Tripartite MoU covering aspects like intellectual property and credit sharing. However, financial accounting remains with the Nodal Institution.
- The project's outcome must significantly benefit the Nodal Institution (or Co-institution) and contribute new knowledge to the field.

- Interested candidates should prepare their application form according to the detailed guidelines of the scheme.
- Submit the completed application form to one of the Nodal Institutions of your choice. The selection of the Nodal Institution should be based on the area of research you propose to undertake.
