For Registration as a Building/Construction Worker:

You must be a resident of Odisha.
You must be working as a Building/Construction Worker.

An undertaking from the applicant. This should state whether the spouse is registered or not. If the spouse is registered, their registration number must be mentioned. The undertaking confirms that either the spouse is not a registered beneficiary, or if registered, has not applied for this benefit separately.
