  • Three awards are given in each financial year.

  • The beneficiary must submit a pre-receipt for the said amount to the Director, Department of Science & Technology & Waste Management (DS&T & WM).
  • The Goa State Innovation Council (GSInC) should forward the decisions/results declared by the Expert Committee, duly approved by the Chairman of the Goa State Innovation Council, along with the pre-receipt and Bank account details obtained from the beneficiaries, for further process to release the award money directly in their bank account.

    How To Apply

    1. You can submit your application at the office of the Assistant Director of Fisheries or the District Fisheries In-Charge at your district level.
    2. Alternatively, you can apply online through the 'Apunni Sarkar' portal.
    3. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with beneficiaries selected based on scheme guidelines.
    4. After submission, Fisheries Inspectors or field staff will conduct a survey and prepare a project proposal with your cooperation.
    5. The relevant district officer will then review and approve the project proposal.
    6. Once the project is completed, the subsidy amount will be directly transferred to your bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
