A Government Institute or Organisation can be considered eligible if approved by the Project Sanctioning Committee.
A Government-aided Institute or Organisation can also be considered if approved by the Project Sanctioning Committee.
If an applicant is a Government or Government-aided Institute/Organisation, the Project Sanctioning Committee must find them suitable for undertaking the project or activity proposed under the scheme.
