A resort must have a minimum of 10 rooms.

To be eligible for a homestay, the entrepreneur must be the owner of the property that has existing built-up houses.
If my resort project costs more than Rs 100 Lakhs, what is the maximum assistance I can get?
If your project cost exceeds Rs 100 Lakhs, the assistance will be limited to 30% of Rs 100 Lakhs.
