    General Conditions for All Registrations

    • Tariffs: Owners decide their own rates for stay, food, and activities. These must be clearly specified.
    • Furnishing: All registered units must be well-furnished and decorated to a high standard suitable for tourists.
    • Room Amenities: Each bedroom needs a clean attached bathroom, 24-hour hot/cold water, a Western-style toilet, and adequate arrangements for power supply (including backup), ventilation, and lighting.
    • Structural Safety & Hygiene: The building must be structurally sound, in good condition, and maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.

    • Owners are responsible for assisting guests with transport and medical help during emergencies. Compensation must be provided for any loss incurred by guests due to the negligence of the owner or staff.
