Additionally, any other miscellaneous expenditure made in organizing the activity by an institution or individual by way of collaboration will be taken care of by the Tiatr Academy of Goa.•Provision of Materials:The Tiatr Academy of Goa will provide essential materials, including a backdrop, certificates for the participants, and stationery.•Documentation Coverage:The Tiatr Academy of Goa will document the Symposia, Seminar, or Workshop, and the expenditure incurred on this documentation will be borne by the Tiatr Academy of Goa.Conditions*Prior approval will be required from the Tiatr Academy of Goa before finalizing the resource persons, if the activity is organized in collaboration with others.*The cost of refreshments or food to be served must be verified and approved by the Tiatr Academy of Goa before finalization.*The scheme will be implemented strictly on a ‘First Come First Serve’ basis.*Applications will be considered, and benefits disbursed as per the availability of funds.
