    Specific Requirements for Different Activities

    For Konkani Musical Shows

    1. Ensure all song lyrics are newly written and haven't been recorded on any Audio/Video/Digital albums before.
    2. You need to arrange a musical band with at least 5 instruments, including drums, keyboard, guitar, and two blowing instruments.
    3. The show must include a minimum of 14 songs, featuring various types like duets, trios, quartets, solos, and choral songs, plus at least 2 comedy skits.
    4. Submit typed lyrics and scripts for comedy skits at least 30 days before the event.

    For Singing Competitions

    1. You need to have at least 15 participants.
    2. Participants should sing newly composed 'kantaram' that are not already available on Audio/Video/Digital albums.
    3. A musical band with at least 5 instruments (drums, keyboard, guitar, and 2 blowing instruments) is required.
    4. Provide the competition rules to the Tiatr Academy of Goa.
    5. Submit the typed lyrics of the competition songs at least 8 days before the event.

    For Other Competitions (Acting, One-Act Plays)

    1. Submit your application form at least 30 days in advance.

    For Celebrating Tiatr Artists

    1. Focus on prominent tiatr artists like actors, singers, or writers.

    What should I do about the backdrop for my event?

    You need to set up a backdrop that is at least 6 feet wide and 10 feet high. Make sure the Tiatr Academy of Goa's logo is clearly visible on it.

    How much advance notice do I need to give for a singing competition versus other events?

    For singing competitions, submit your application 30 days ahead, and the song lyrics 8 days before. Musical shows and other competitions also require 30 days' notice, while events celebrating artists need just 15 days.

    What kind of proof do I need for my expenses to get reimbursed?

    You must provide a statement of all your expenses along with the original bills. If any bill is for more than ₹5,000/-, make sure it has a stamped receipt.
