    Do I need to contribute my own money to start a project?

    If your project cost is up to ₹1,00,000, you don't need to contribute any of your own money. However, for projects costing more than ₹1,00,000 (up to ₹2,00,000), you will need to contribute 10% of the project cost.

    How do I pay back the margin money I receive?

    The margin money provided under the scheme needs to be repaid in 60 equal monthly installments, along with the applicable interest rate.

    Can people from Scheduled Castes in other states apply?

    No, this scheme is exclusively for individuals who are permanent residents of Uttarakhand and belong to the Scheduled Caste category.
