When will I receive the scholarship money?

What happens if I change schools while I'm already receiving the scholarship?

If you are a renewal applicant and migrate to another school during your academic course, your scholarship might be suspended or even cancelled. It's best to complete your course at the institution where you initially applied.

How can I be sure which fields in the application form are absolutely necessary to fill?

You'll know a field is mandatory because it will have a red asterisk (*) mark next to it.

What if there's a tie in marks between students competing for the last few scholarship slots?

In case of a tie, the percentage of disability will be the deciding factor, with higher disability getting preference. If there's still a tie, the older candidate will be prioritized.

Can I complete the application form at different times, or do I have to finish it in one go?

You don't need to complete the application in one sitting. You can save it as a draft and come back to it later before the submission deadline.

How long do the scholarship benefits last?

The scholarship benefits are provided to cover the entire duration of your chosen course.

What is the payment method for the scholarship amount?

The scholarship amount will be directly transferred to your bank account using the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system.

What if I misbehave or break the scholarship rules?

If a student violates school discipline or fails to comply with any scholarship terms and conditions, their scholarship may be suspended or permanently cancelled.

Do I need a Bonafide Certificate from my institute, and when is it required?

Yes, you need to upload a Bonafide Certificate if your institute is located in a different State or Union Territory than your domicile State or Union Territory.

Will the monthly maintenance allowance be given as a single lump sum or in parts?

The maintenance allowance will be provided as a fixed lump sum amount.
