Details
Facing tough competitive exams can be challenging, especially for those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Recognizing this, the Jharkhand government has introduced a vital scheme to level the playing field.
The 'Scheme of Coaching & Allied for Scheduled Castes' is designed to support Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates by providing them with quality coaching and pre-examination training. The goal is to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to crack competitive examinations and secure good jobs in both public and private sectors.
This scheme primarily targets individuals belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category who are residents of Jharkhand. It also supports registered private coaching institutions and NGOs in Jharkhand that meet specific criteria to conduct these training programs.
The scheme is crucial for empowering SC candidates by offering them access to reputable coaching centers. It aims to bridge the gap in preparation levels and ensure that merit is recognized, irrespective of socio-economic background. By covering coaching fees, stipends, and accommodation, it removes financial barriers that often hinder talented individuals from pursuing their career aspirations.
