  5. Must have the necessary infrastructure (building/space) at Ranchi and Dumka to conduct coaching classes, managed through their own resources.

  3. Must possess the eligible educational qualifications for the specific competitive exams they wish to prepare for.
  4. The annual income of the candidate (or their parents' income if dependent) should not exceed ₹2,50,000/-.

How To Apply

The scheme is implemented through registered private coaching institutions and NGOs. These institutions are selected by the Department of Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Minority and Backward Class Welfare, Jharkhand. Interested and eligible institutions need to submit a proposal as per the prescribed format.

  1. Registered Private Coaching Institutions/NGOs running their centers in Jharkhand can apply.
  2. Coaching must be conducted at designated centers in Ranchi and Dumka. If an institution plans to run coaching in multiple districts, separate proposals are required for each location.
  3. Institutions are selected for the course period within a financial year, and fresh proposals are invited for the subsequent year.
  4. The department selects the candidates for free coaching based on merit and provides a list to the chosen institutions.
  5. Candidates can avail coaching only once for a specific competitive exam and a maximum of two coaching courses in total under this scheme.
