Eligibility Criteria

  1. You must be registered with the Gujarat Building and Other Construction Worker’s Welfare Board to be eligible for this scheme.

  3. The house you purchased or documented must be after the scheme's resolution date, which was 29/06/2020. Your application must be submitted within one year from the date mentioned on your house purchase document.
  4. If you have taken a loan to buy your house, the loan amount should not exceed ₹15 lakhs, and the loan tenure must be 10 years or longer.
  5. You, your spouse, or any joint owner should not currently own any house or property. This needs to be confirmed through an affidavit.
  6. To continue receiving assistance, you must submit a bank loan interest certificate or bank loan statement after each financial year ends.
  7. After receiving the first year's assistance, you need to submit a written proposal every year to the concerned board's district office to receive the remaining four years of subsidy. This proposal should include a copy of the in-principle approval letter and your annual interest statement.
