Eligibility Criteria

Students must have successfully completed Class 8 from a Government School or a Government-aided private school in Uttarakhand. (Note: Central schools and Residential schools are excluded).
Must be currently studying in Class 9.
Must perform well and qualify in the competitive examination conducted by SCERT, Uttarakhand.
Students selected for the scholarship must maintain at least 75% attendance in school.
They must also achieve a minimum of 60% marks in Class 9. For Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) students, there's a relaxation of 5% in both attendance and marks requirements.
Eligibility is based on securing a position in the top 10% of all participants in the examination.
There is no income limit for parents or guardians; the scholarship is purely merit-based.
A student cannot receive financial aid from more than one state scholarship program simultaneously.
