    1. You must be a registered handloom agency.     2. State Government Recommendation: For most organizations, applications need to be recommended by the State Government. This usually involves submitting claims through a prescribed proforma (Annexure - B9) and a consolidated statement.
    3. National Level Organizations: If you are a National Level Handloom Organization, you can submit your claims directly to the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handlooms) and do not require State Government recommendations or matching contributions.
    4. Nodal Agency Identification: A suitable Nodal Agency will be identified to help aggregate and release the funds.
    5. Fund Release: Once approved, the Nodal Agency must release the incentive amount to eligible handloom agencies and their member weavers within 7 days of receiving the funds.
