    Eligibility Criteria

    To be considered for this scheme, your business must meet the following requirements:

    • Your business should not be classified as a Mega Project (investment below ₹100 Crore and employment below 1000 Goan individuals).
    • You must own a business unit operating in Goa and providing logistics and warehousing services.
    • Your business must have a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and file Income Tax Returns regularly.
    • Your business should have been in continuous operation for at least six months after the Logistics and Warehousing Policy 2023 was announced.
    • All expenses for which you claim subsidy must have been incurred after the launch of the Logistics and Warehousing Policy 2023.
    • Your unit must not have been set up using second-hand machinery.
    • The value of plant, machinery, and equipment purchased should not have previously received incentives under any other scheme.
    • You must provide a minimum of 40% local employment.
    • Claims must be submitted through the Goa Online Portal.

    Minimum Land Area Requirements

    For General Projects:

    • Logistics Park, Inland Container Depot, or Container Freight Stations: Minimum 1 Acre.
    • Air Freight Stations, Warehouses, or Truck Terminals: Minimum 1,000 square meters.
    • Cold Storage or Testing Facilities: Minimum 200 square meters.

    For Special Category Projects (Backward Talukas or owned by Women/SC/ST Entrepreneurs):

    • Logistics Park, Inland Container Depot, or Container Freight Stations: Minimum 1 Acre.
    • Air Freight Stations: Minimum 1,000 square meters.
    • Warehouses or Truck Terminals: Minimum 500 square meters.
    • Cold Storage or Testing Facilities: Minimum 100 square meters.

    How To Apply

    Applications for this scheme are accepted online through the Goa Online Portal.

    1. Visit the Goa Online Portal for the application form (ANNEXURE-II).
    2. Fill in all the required details accurately.
    3. Attach all the necessary supporting documents as specified.
    4. Submit your application electronically through the portal.

    The Directorate of Industries, Trade and Commerce (DITC) will process your application and disburse the incentive amount.

    For General Application/Eligibility (Common Application Form - Annexure I)

    • Aadhaar Card of Proprietor/Managing Director.
    • Authority Letter/Power Of Attorney (if applicable).

    • Shop and Establishment License/Factory License/Property Tax Number.
    • Electricity Bill in the unit's name.
    • Goods and Services Tax (GST) Certificate.
    • Registration Certificate.
    • Land Lease/Sale Agreement/Sale Deed.
    • Annual Report of the Promoter Company.
    • Board Resolution/Partnership Deed.
    • Certificate from Chartered Accountant confirming no duplicate reimbursement.
    • Copy of Payroll showing total employees and salaries.
    • Copy of Employees Provident Fund/Employees’ State Insurance Registration.
    • Certificate from Chartered Accountant detailing unit-wise salary paid (if multiple units).
    • Consent to Operate from Goa State Pollution Control Board.
    • First Sale Bill & First Transaction Copy.
    • Sale Bill & Transaction Copy of the sixth month from commercial operations start.

    • Chartered Accountant Certified Details of Shareholding Pattern (for Women Entrepreneurs only).
    • Caste Certificate (for Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe Entrepreneurs).
    • Detailed Project Report (self-attested).
    • Statement of Accounts (for purchase of assets).
    • Power Release Certificate.
    • Implementation Schedule detailing dates of land acquisition, construction, orders, installation, and commencement of operations.

    For Financial Details (If Applicable)

    • Term Loan Sanction Letter from Bank/Financial Institution.
    • Appraisal Report from Bank/Financial Institution with Sanctioned Project Report.

    For Claim Submission - Building and Structure

    • Bills and Invoices for civil works.
    • Item-wise and cost-wise details of civil works certified by a Chartered Engineer (Civil).
    • Approved Area Certificate from Town and Country Planning Department.

    For Claim Submission - Machinery and Equipment

    • Bills and Invoices for machinery and equipment.
    • Item-wise and cost-wise details of plant, machinery and equipment certified by a Chartered Engineer (Mechanical).
