  • Training Programme in Agarbatti industry.
  • Distribution of Pedal operated / Automatic Agarbatti Machinery to trained artisans.
  • Leather Footwear Activity under Handmade Paper Leather & Plastic Industry (HMPLPI):
  • Training on designing and manufacturing of footwear.

  • Training on Waste-Wood, Turn-Wood Craft, Wooden Toy and in Panchgavya based Products.

  • Hand Made Paper and Fiber related activities under Hand Made Paper, Plastic and Leather Industry:
    1. Training on Paper Conversion, Paper Plate & Dona(Bowl) making, Paper Mache, Fibre Extraction and fancy article making and Ban making (Two ply).
    2. Distribution of machinery and tool kits to trained artisans.
    Agro- Food Based Food Processing Industries:
  • Training on Palm Gur, Tamarind, Fruits & Vegetables, Village Oil, Spices & Condiments, Cane & Bamboo.

  • Training to Electrician & Plumbers, and DigniTEA(Tea Vending on Bicycle).

    Eligibility Criteria

    For Individuals:

    1. You must be a resident of Meghalaya and have valid government ID proof.
    2. Your age should be between 18 and 58 years.
    3. You need to own or have a lease for the land where the facility will be built. This needs to be verified by the appropriate authority.
    4. You should be able to show relevant experience in the sports or wellness sector through past projects, portfolios, certifications, or testimonials.

    For Registered Entities (Firms/Companies):

    1. The firm or company must be registered in Meghalaya (e.g., Pvt. Ltd., LLP, or Sole Proprietorship) and operate as a 'for-profit' business.
    2. You need to provide the Incorporation Certificate or a registration certificate, as applicable.
    3. At least two members of the entity must hold a training certificate in the relevant sector from a recognized institution, preferably a government one.
    4. The entity must possess or have a lease for the land, which needs to be verified by the competent authority.
    5. The entrepreneur should not have any history of credit default with any bank.

    You get a significant 18-month period as a moratorium before you need to start repaying your Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs). The total loan tenure can be up to 15 years.
