Eligibility Criteria

The institution or society must be registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, or the Indian Trust Act, and must be working for Scheduled Castes/Backward Classes.
The society/institution should own at least 100 sq. yards of land, or have land allotted or donated to it by the Government, Panchayat, Local Body, or any individual.
An institution can receive a second grant only after five years from the first grant, provided all Utilization Certificates (UCs) for the earlier grants have been submitted to the District Welfare Officer.

Additional Conditions:

Institutions must keep separate accounts for the grant received. These accounts can be inspected by the Director of the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department, Haryana, the concerned District Welfare Officer, or any other authorized officer.
A Utilization Certificate, signed by the Head of the institution/society and verified by a Chartered Accountant, must be submitted to the District Welfare Officer. This officer will then conduct a spot inspection and forward the certificate with their comments to the Director, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes, Haryana.
The institution will need to sign an indemnity bond in the prescribed format, committing to fulfil all grant conditions and to refund the money if the conditions are not met.
