  • The basic lodging facilities can be made available on a payment basis in UIDAI Technology Centre, only.
  • The intern may be given access to the office internet, which shall be at the sole discretion of the supervising officer and subject to compliance with the Information Security Policy of UIDAI.
  • NOTE 1:The Intern has to make his/her own accommodation arrangement during the internship in case of working from UIDAI premises.NOTE 2:They shall arrange their own transport to and from the office.NOTE 3:The Intern will not be given any Computer System/Laptop etc for carrying out his/her assignments during the internship.NOTE 4:The intern shall be required to bring his/her own Laptop for carrying out the work assigned to him/her.Experience CertificateThe UIDAI will issue a certificate for the period of internship in UIDAI at the end of the internship subject to the completion of assigned work, duly recommended by the concerned reporting officer.

    1. Your organisation must have a formal managing or governing body with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, as outlined in a written constitution.
    2. You need to have the necessary facilities, resources, staff, and experience to handle the project you're seeking funds for.
    3. The organisation must be registered in India and have a national presence, with operations extending across the country or even internationally.
    4. The primary focus of your organisation's activities must be cultural.
    5. Your organisation should be capable of organising at least 20 events or programs each year.
    6. You need to have a sufficient team of artists, staff, or volunteers.
    7. The organisation must have spent ₹1 crore or more on cultural activities in at least 3 out of the last 5 years.
    8. Financial assistance can be used for specific purposes:
      1. Up to 25% of the total government grant can be used for maintenance costs (like staff salaries, office expenses, and miscellaneous operational costs) and for construction, repairs, extension, restoration, or renovation of buildings related to art and culture.
      2. At least 75% of the total government grant should be used for paying honorariums and covering other expenses related to showcasing or producing events that are important for preserving or promoting cultural heritage and arts, including research projects on art and culture.

    4. The grant will be processed based on the evaluation of your application by an Expert Advisory Committee and then by the administrative authority in the Ministry of Culture.
    5. Approved grants are released in two parts: 75% initially and the remaining 25% after project completion and submission of a Utilization Certificate.

    • A copy of the latest Annual Report available.
    • A statement of income and expenditure for the past three years, along with a copy of the balance sheet for the previous year.
    • An Indemnity Bond in the prescribed format on appropriate stamp paper.
    • Bank account details in the prescribed format for electronic fund transfer.
    • A detailed project report, which should include:
      • A description of the project and its duration.
      • A financial breakdown of the project, listing recurring and non-recurring expenses separately.
      • Information on the sources from which the organisation's share of funds will be obtained.
