  1. Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹3,500/- per month will be given after the death of the worker due to Silicosis.

Note 1:If the deceased worker was married, assistance will be given to the widow or widower until he/she remains alive.

Note 2:If the deceased worker was unmarried, financial assistance will be given to his/her living parents.
