    4. Your family's total annual income from all sources should not exceed ₹2,00,000/-.

    7. You should not have previously defaulted on any loans from schemes run by DSFDC.

    9. While technical qualifications are generally required for your chosen business activity, this condition is waived for traditional artisans or those who have been actively running the business for at least the past three years.

    How To Apply

    To apply for the Dilli Swarojgar Yojna, you can follow these steps:

    1. Obtain the loan application form. You can get it from the DSFDC branch offices located at Rajpur Road, Mangolpuri, and Nand Nagri, or from the headquarters in Rohini. Alternatively, you can download it from the official DSFDC website. The form costs ₹100/-.

    Pre-Sanction / With Application:

    • A completely filled loan application form for Dilli Swarojgar Yojna.
    • Copy of your Aadhaar Card (for identity and residence proof).
    • Caste Certificate issued by the Government of Delhi. If you are from a minority community, you'll need an affidavit declaring this.
    • Proof of Age (Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, or an affidavit).
    • Proof of Education Qualification.
    • Proof of Technical Qualification or a Valid Driving Licence (LVM) & Badge if applying for a commercial vehicle loan.
    • Income Certificate issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) or an income declaration affidavit.
    • Five recent passport-size photographs of yourself.
    • An affidavit stating you haven't taken a loan from any other financial institution or government body.
    • Proof of ownership of your workplace (e.g., Electricity Bill, Water Bill, MTNL Telephone Bill).
    • ID Proof of the workplace owner (if not you).
    • A Rent Agreement or No Objection Certificate (on ₹10/- stamp paper) if the workplace is owned by a close relative.
    • A detailed Project Report outlining the projected profitability for the next five years.
    • Guarantor's Undertaking or documents for collateral security like Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDR), National Savings Certificates (NSC), or Kisan Vikas Patra (KVP).
    • A Demand Draft of ₹500/- for the processing fee, payable to DSFDC.
    • Copy of insurance under Prime Minister Suraksha Bima Yojna and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna.

    Post-Sanction:

    • Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) Mandate along with five blank CTS post-dated cheques for loan repayment, and one blank cancelled cheque for RTGS payments.
    • Five blank post-dated cheques from the guarantor (if loan amount is over ₹2,00,000/-).
    • Guarantee from a permanent government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies/Local Bodies employee working in Delhi/NCR with at least six years of service remaining. Alternatively, original documents for immovable property or FDR/NSC/KVP representing at least 75% of the loan amount, along with a lien letter.
    • Original Pay Slip of the guarantor.
    • Copy of the guarantor's Identity Card.
    • Aadhaar Card of the guarantor (for residence proof).
    • Date of Birth Proof of the guarantor.
    • Affidavit of the Guarantor in the prescribed format.
    • Five photographs of the guarantor.
    • Affidavit of Personal Guarantee as per the specimen.
    • Affidavit of the Legal Heir of the applicant, along with their ID proof and one photograph.
    • Two eye witnesses along with their residence proof (Aadhaar Card).
    • Signed Acceptance of Loan Agreement/Sanction Letter.
